SESRI

The Social and Economic Survey Research Institute (SESRI) is a distinguished and highly respected institution, recognized both academically and nationally. Since its inception, SESRI has made substantial empirical contributions to the social sciences and key governmental stakeholders, supporting the nation’s inclination towards evidence-based policymaking. Our research interests are interdisciplinary, encompassing both quantitative and qualitative analyses. We actively seek collaborations with other research centers within Qatar university, as well as on regional and international levels. At SESRI, our aim is to conduct high-quality research in social and economic studies. Our mission is to advance empirical social sciences and survey research while raising societal awareness on critical issues. We are dedicated to supporting national decision-makers by providing them with representative, accurate, and reliable survey data. To further assist stakeholders, we produce and distribute policy briefs and recommendations to the appropriate officials.
