Session 6

Session 6 works with teams and/or individual athletes (any sport), and with coaches around the country/World through mentoring, motivational clinics, individual training sessions and with effective training tools to help humans realize their full potential in sports and in life. Mike Clayton - a US Naval Academy 3x EIWA placer, NCAA Division I Qualifier, NCAA Division I Finals Coach at West Point, program builder and Head Coach at Stevens Institute of Technology and has served over ten years as National Coaches Education Program Manager at USA Wrestling in Colorado Springs at the US Olympic and Paralympic Training Center. Mike has created tools and a system to help coaches and athletes with goal accomplishment, improving focus, gaining confidence, and aligning behaviors with values.
