Sessions and Sail run shipboard musical residencies, retreats and events. Our musical themed voyages tale place on the stunning coasts of Scotland, the Northern Isles, and Ireland. Combining square-rig sailing with local culture, musical tuition, performances, workshops and sessions, led by renowned musicians. Our ships are crewed almost exclusively by musicians; We invite players of traditional music, whether beginner intermediate or advanced standard, to sail with us as we embark on a journey of tunes, songs and sailing.
