Southeast Tennessee Human Resource Agency (SETHRA)

SETHRA is one of nine human resources agencies in the State of Tennessee providing a wide-range of community services in a 10-coutny service area of Southeast Tennessee. Services include public transportation, in-home heath aide services, utility assistance, public and permanent supportive housing, homeless services, affordable housing management and development, court appointed special advocate services for abused and neglected children, childcare home and center food cost assistance, home weatherization and emergency repair services, home loan and grant programs, representative payee services for veterans and those who are disabled, food assistance, home-delivered meals for elderly and/or disabled, and much more.
