Setser Staffing Solutions assists some of the nation's leading Healthcare Systems and Hospitals with the recruitment and staffing of full-time Registered Nursing positions. We have access to HR Directors and Hiring Managers at Hospitals across the country and will work one on one with experienced Nurses to help them locate their next dream job. We assist experienced Nurses throughout the entire hiring process, beginning with resume building, interview preparation, final job acceptance, and relocation. For our Hospitals, we approach every position with a sense of urgency, immediately sourcing and screening experienced Nurses. We vigorously screen all of our experienced Nurses, identifying any red flags or past employment issues that could possibly cause our Hospitals unwanted delays. We specifically look for Nurses with stable job histories, previous experience in the unit for which they are applying, and who are serious and dedicated to a long-tenured full-time position.
