I'm Clive, an experienced lawyer specialising in settlement agreements. I have been practising as an employment law solicitor for over 36 years. I have seen everything from dishonest employers, employers who don’t care and employers who don’t understand the law. I am also a highly experienced Employment Tribunal Advocate. I have successfully represented claimants in various employment disputes, including claims for unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, breach of contract and wrongful dismissal. As an experienced solicitor, over the last three decades, I have held senior positions in both public and private sectors. I founded Settlement Agreement Expert to provide an independent, fair review of settlement agreements, offering qualified legal advice and negotiation support to employees with potential claims against an employer.
