Seven Degrees North (SDN) is a limited multi-disciplinary one stop Kenyan Property Services Company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act Chapter 486 of the Laws of Kenya. The company was registered in the year 2010. The company is founded by a group of five property professionals with unrivaled experience spanning over a period close to ten years and who complement each other in offering consultancy services in real estate. The underlying understanding is that property issues in this country are too diverse, intricate and delicate for one single professional to claim to be competent enough to unravel them. Such issues range from asset management, letting, sales, research valuation to retail/mall services among others. To achieve this teamwork is vital.
