Seven Property Group are an independent Property Company based in Ipswich, established in 1991, we provide Residential and Commercial Property Management and Property renovation and Maintenance services throughout Suffolk.
Since 2011 we have offered a home from home alternative to a hotel room with our VII Serviced Apartments, located in the centre of historic Ipswich. Location and comfort are important aspects we offer in our eight individually designed spaces for those traveling for business or for leisure. Twice the size of an average hotel room and with a fully equipped kitchen area, a serviced apartment has much to offer.
Our renovation & maintenance team have over 25 years experience and industry knowledge we work on a range of projects, including residential and commercial refurbishments, we work with trusted local tradesmen to get a great job done.
