Seven Sheds is an artisan craft brewery based in Tasmania's north-west near Devonport.
Opened in 2008, Seven Sheds alehouse produces a range of brews inspired by British & European traditions as well as ingredients sourced locally.
Seven Sheds cellar door operates from Wednesday to Sunday 11am to 5pm from September to May and Friday to Sunday 11am to 5pm in June and July. The cellar door is closed in August.
On the Cradle to Coast Tasting Trail and in the middle of the Wild Mersey Mountain Bike Trails, Seven Sheds offers brewery tours, tastings, beer by the glass and take-away sales. Food is available on weekends during the warmer months; and for groups at other times by arrangement.
The regular range includes Kentish Ale, Paradise Pale, Willie Warmer, St Ella IPA and Black Inca. Seasonals include ELF, Stark Raven Oatmeal Stout, Cherry Saison, Mole Kriek and Smokin' Bagpipes, Elephants Trunk, the Platypus series and a range of other astonishing and delicious brews. Seven Sheds Mead is also available at the cellar door by the glass and takeaway. Online sales are available via the website and wholesale enquiries are welcome.
Seven Sheds has a weekly stall at Harvest Launceston Community Farmers Market and does some annual events including Taste of the North West in Sheffield on the March long weekend.
Events at Seven Sheds include Hop Harvest in March and Oktoberfest late September.
