SFDHI is located at Brgy. Hubang, San Francisco, Agusan del Sur, geographically positioned in the non-coastal area of Caraga Region, along Maharlika Highway that links Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
In collaboration with various stakeholders, SFDHI envisions to provide quality health care and holistic well-being to the people of Caraga Region. SFDHI was incorporated by stockholders who are medical specialists in different fields like Surgery, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Anesthesiology, Radiology, and Pathology, among others. Other incorporators are engineers, lawyers, and professors from reputable educational institutions.
SFDHI is a 100-bed capacity Level II health care facility. The hospital building showcases an ultra-modern architectural design, approximately 8,000 square meters, two-storey structure. This medical institution is equipped with modern, most efficient and top of the line hospital facilities to compliment not only the grandeur of the structure but also the commitment of providing better and expert medical service.
