Founded by three young lawyers in 1981, Sit, Fung, Kwong & Shum has grown to become one of the major local law firms in Hong Kong today. We have a wide spectrum of practice areas including corporate and commercial, dispute resolution, conveyancing and probate, trusts, and technologies. We provide professional services to local and overseas clients which include leading multinational corporations, public and private companies and professional firms. Our firm has over seventy members - including 30 odd solicitors and trainee solicitors. There are 2 Notaries Public, 5 China-Appointed Attesting Officers (CAAO), 4 Greater Bay Area (GBA) Lawyers, 5 arbitrators and 3 accredited mediators. We are also a member of the International Lawyers Network which has over 5000 lawyer-members worldwide.
