SFPE Malta Chapter

SFPE's mission is to define, develop, and advance the use of engineering best practices; expand the scientific and technical knowledge base; and educate the global fire safety community, in order to reduce fire risk. As a global organization, SFPE members include fire protection engineers, fire safety engineers, fire engineers, and allied professionals. SFPE’s global members and stakeholders benefit from engagement with SFPE through the following: • SFPE promotes the development, advancement and application of scientific and engineering principles to safeguarding people, property, mission, heritage and the environment from the negative impacts of unwanted fire. • SFPE is the leading advocate for the profession. • SFPE establishes the core competencies (education, skills, knowledge, etc.) and roles and responsibilities for the profession. • SFPE is the source for related technical knowledge and information. • SFPE provides the tools to aid its members’ continued growth throughout their careers. • SFPE provides forums for networking, both locally and globally.
