Die Sozialforschungsstelle (sfs) der Fakultät für Sozialwissenschaften der TU Dortmund ist eine 1946 gegründete wissenschaftliche Einrichtung, die sich auf die Erforschung und Mitgestaltung sozialer Innovationen spezialisiert hat. Im Mittelpunkt stehen die sozialwissenschaftliche Innovations- und Arbeitsforschung. Wir verbinden wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse mit praxisorientierter Forschung, oft in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Wirtschaft, der Arbeitswelt und der Zivilgesellschaft. Unsere zahlreichen Forschungsprojekte auf internationaler, nationaler und regionaler Ebene werden zum großen Teil durch die erfolgreiche Einwerbung von Fördermitteln finanziert.
