THRIVE is a mentorship program to help Beedie transfer students adjust to a new community. We pair incoming transfer students (mentees) with older, previous transfer students (mentors) who help them with their Beedie journey by answering questions and acting as a support system. Our mission is to help foster leadership in our mentors and help mentees adjust and become part of the Beedie community.
