With 15+ years of experience in coaching, leadership, and education—including roles at the NCAA Division I level and in youth sports development—I’ve seen firsthand how the strength of a team lies in trust, communication, and accountability. That’s why I became a certified facilitator of The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team®—to bring these transformative principles to athletes, coaches, and organizations looking to improve how they work together. At SG Training and Events, we deliver customized Team Development Programs and Personal Development Workshops designed to: Build trust and alignment Improve communication and conflict resolution Foster individual growth and leadership Drive performance through teamwork We work with colleges, athletic departments, clubs, and businesses to develop stronger cultures and more cohesive teams.
