With 15+ years of experience in coaching, leadership, and education—including roles at the NCAA Division I level and in youth sports development—I’ve seen firsthand how the strength of a team lies in trust, communication, and accountability. That’s why I became a certified facilitator of The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team®—to bring these transformative principles to athletes, coaches, and organizations looking to improve how they work together.
