Professor of Chemistry in the Madras University. Dr.S.G.Sekar was a man who had set a vision and goal for himself early in life. The products he had concentrated on first were consumer products like cleaning powder and detergent cakes All of these were marketed under the brand name A-ONE symbolic of their high quality. The success of the "A-One Cleaning Powder" was emulated in other products of the company.
This success backed by their rich experience had helped them diversify into various sectors like petroleum, plastics, pulses, Agro Farms, Real Estate, Information Technology etc
