SG Wellness is a group mental health practice that provides counseling services to adults in NYC who identify as Black, Latinx, Indigenous and People of Color.
Our mission and focus is to (provide) supportive therapy where you do not have to code switch or explain most cultural nuances. We believe a healthy therapeutic relationship, along with acceptance and understanding, are the building blocks to success in therapy.
