Established in 2016, Shaka Kitchen is a fast-casual restaurant group headquartered in Hoboken, NJ. Kiersten and Krista Gormeley launched Shaka Kitchen after living in Hawaii for nearly a year. They were inspired by the Hawaiian lifestyle and cuisine, and wanted to bring that feeling of escape and relaxation back to the mainland.
