Working primarily in the commercial sector on mixed-use conversions. Identifying the key areas of concern and bringing in our team of specialty contractors and consultants is our key to ensure critical budget requirements are being accounted and designed for. Working with the design team, we ensure that the owner’s concerns are being met while still adhering to the original schedule and budget. Providing turnkey services from aiding in initial site selection to final turnover of project.
