We are a Human Resources and Business Management consultancy services provider based in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. We have worked with various Oil & Gas, Government, Military, Media and Research Institutions developing their HR Policies and Procedures, Emiratisation and Manpower plans, Compensation & Benefits and many other strategies that are critical to their success. Additionally, we have helped set up various new entities by working with them every step of the way from obtaining their trade license and office locations to designing their budgets for the first 1-3 years of operations. Using our intimate knowledge of Abu Dhabi due to our long time presence in the city (30+ years), we have also developed and executed relocation plans for company employees and assisted their staff in finding accommodations, schooling, health care providers and other necessary services and activities that are required to ease expatriates into working in the UAE and Abu Dhabi. Ultimately, we plan to use our knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and the UAE in general to assist companies in carrying their work as needed, so that they can focus on their core mandate while leaving all their HR related issues for us to handle.
