Shambles Brewery

Shambles was founded in 2016 by a former Science and Maths teacher who had a "beer-life crisis" and turned his passion for beer into a successful business with the help of a group of his friends and family. We turned an old butchery in the Hobart Midtown precinct, into a Brewery. We've also got a bar on site serving all our beers (and other local beverages) as well as delicious food, an old meat fridge with meticulously stacked firewood, a beer garden, and a table tennis table made from concrete blocks. When we are done brewing, our warehouse turns into a private function and events space. We've hosted everything from Heavy Metal concerts, Trivia nights to exBEERimental Science and many other events, beer-related or not (we do not discriminate). About the only thing we like better than making beer is drinking it, so come and join us for a pint, we are open from 4pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays and from 12pm from Friday to Sunday. Cheers
