Shaolin Arts is a professional school of Martial Arts and Personal Goal Setting. We offer a complete and traditional form of Chinese Martial Arts known as Shaolin Temple Boxing, Shaolin Ch'uan Fa, or a Shaolin Five Animal System. Teaching a complete System for Self-Defense and fitness. Complete with chi or energy work, pressure points, chi na, qi gong, weapons, grappling, in-fighting, out-fighting, long and short, core development, stress relief, inner strength and focus. And so much more that can only be experienced by those willing to begin an honest personal journey with an ancient martial practice.
