Shaolin Warrior Martial Arts is is traditional Shaolin Kung Fu school located in Wollongong, Illawarra. Specializing in personal training and squads learning traditional syllabus of kung fu, qi gong and tai chi. Our mission is to pass on teachings and tradition through our Shaolin Temple lineage passed down by Grand Master Shi Su Xi, 30th Generation Shaolin Monk. The Martial Arts of the Shaolin Temple were developed over the 1500 years ago for the Shaolin Monks' health, well being and self protection. We also work with rehab and medical referrals for people who have balance, stability or strength issues. Also for people who suffer from anxiety and stress.
