Shaoor is the concept initiated by Engr.Jawad Janjua (Director/Owner Al–Qawi steel Industries). It was established to bridge the gap between academia and industry. Mainly focusing on the development of entrepreneurship skills for the potential Engineers/fresh graduates. Shaoor provides a perfect incubator environment which has enabled students of different universities across Pakistan to earn and learn while completing final year projects. These projects /concepts are turned into products. Perfect nurturing environment provides an opportunity to these final year students to professionally groom themselves before entering the practical life and prepare them for the future and also to develop them for the unseen.
