Shared Apprenticeships is a DfE registered Flexi Job Apprenticeship Agency and CITB approved Shared Apprenticeship Service. FLEXIBLE SERVICE • Flexible durations - hire a Shared Apprentice for the duration of the work (min. terms apply) • New Starters or Part-Qualified Apprentices • Flexible options - e.g. start dates SPECIALIST SERVICE (*we are the employer) • Recruitment* - advertising, shortlisting and interviewing local candidates • Onboarding – arranging H&S training, CSCS cards, PPE • Training - arrange college placement and course funding • HR management – handling all HR, digital timesheets, PAYE ... etc ONGOING SUPPORT • Safeguarding, guidance & mental health • Academic – we work with assessors and tutors to support our apprentices through to completion
