Our Philosophy
At the heart of Shared Wellness is the belief that wellness thrives in community. Whether through the smallest act of kindness or the broadest network of support, we strive to create spaces where everyone feels valued and heard.
We provide an array of services in Bucks and Montgomery counties. These services include lifesharing arrangements, home-based supports, and community living arrangements. We currently support more than 200 individuals across the Bucks and Montgomery Counties.
At Shared Wellness, we are defining what it means to care. As a trusted partner in health and well-being, we provide a whole-person care network designed to meet the diverse needs of our community.
