Shareholder Services Association

The Shareholder Services Association (SSA) is a professional organization whose purpose is to support corporate issuers in effectively meeting their responsibilities for shareholder recordkeeping and service. The SSA is committed to: - Providing industry education and traning opportunities - Actively engaging in dialogue with regulatory entities on matters which affect issuers and their shareholders - Monitoring emerging issues within the industry and providing timely updates to members - Maintaining platforms that enable corporate issuer and service provider members to share information & ideas The SSA provides members a forum through which they can monitor securities industry issues and events, communicate with their industry peers, obtain and share information, and adress needs in servicing security holders.
