Our psychologists base their help on a library of knowledge known as the ReFlex Method. The ReFlex Method takes the best practices from Western psychology and adapts them for Asian cultures. The best practices we've adapted include evidence based therapies such as Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT) which are themselves types of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
Our psychologists continually improve the ReFlex Method by adding their collective knowledge and experience. We use it to train our junior psychologists and combine it with a mentoring system that improves their practice.
