The on-line portal enables interested sellers of PCP platform company shares to register their interest in selling such shares. Likewise, people interested in buying shares in a PCP platform company and who will already be Followers of that company can register such expression of interest by quoting their FIN (Follower Identification Number). Sharetech Pty Ltd operates its business pursuant to a Corporate Authorised Representative (No. 001282077) of Primary Securities Ltd ABN 96 089 812 635 holder of Australian Financial Services License No. 224107. Sharetech Pty Ltd provides its introduction service to Registered Buyers and Sellers in accordance with ASIC Class Order 02/273.
