Sharp Group is a full-service Owners Representation and Project Management company providing advice, guidance and management to both existing and prospective property owners considering a new build or renovations. We act as the owner’s representative, offering insight and recommendations about site selection; review designs to ensure all the owner’s requirements are fully met; liaise with architects; recommend local contractors or audit preselected contractors; negotiate contracts; provide onsite management of contract execution; and supervise the final handover. We founded Sharp Group in 2013 after decades of traveling and living around Southeast Asia. While building our own residential property in Indonesia, we observed a growing need for experienced and qualified construction professionals to service the needs of homeowners, hoteliers, and resort operators.
