SHARP Property Management was formed out of a twenty year friendship between Scott Hickox and Rick Paul and is based on shared values, common interests and a genuine desire to make a difference in our communities by helping others to flourish. We are in the business of acquiring and managing multi-family property and offering investment opportunities that prosper all stakeholders.
