Shashank Foundation

In 2016, "The Shashank Foundation for Social Enrichment" was established in memory of the late Mr. Shashank. Over the past 8 years, the foundation has been actively involved in various social welfare activities. The foundation's focus is on environmental protection, promoting green initiatives, and offering education and medical assistance to those in need. For the past 8 years, the foundation has been consistently engaged in various social welfare activities in Khor village, located 80km away from Pune. Our achievements include planting over 500 trees and nurturing them by providing water and protection from damage. These efforts have resulted in these plants growing into big trees and benefiting the environment. We have been supporting underprivileged students with their education and providing medical assistance to those in need during the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, we have collected over 500 units of blood and arranged for plasma for patients. Furthermore, to address the water shortage for 4-5 months during the summer, we have been providing water for wild animals to prevent them from entering residential areas. To showcase rural talent, we organize sports tournaments to provide a platform for individuals to display their skills.
