منظمة شتلة | Shatla Organization

Shatla is a nonprofit organization for vegetation and afforestation improvements in the Jabal al Akhdar region in Libya. Having restoration and conservation of natural sceneries in mind, Shatla is involved in tree planting and ecological conservation that would support and help to preserve local biodiversity from possible desertification. Through community involvement in tandem with sustainable practices, the organization aims to create a greener, healthier environment by sensitizing society to afforestation as part of combat actions against climate change.
