Shaun Naidoo is an award-winning film producer and inspirational leader based in Johannesburg, South Africa. Shaun has been a significant presence in the film industry since 2005, and he founded his production house, 33 Films, in 2013. His filmography includes acclaimed works such as "The Beginning" (2014), which was featured at the Cannes Film Festival, and "The Stick-Up" (2017), which won the South African Film and Television Award. In 2022, Shaun produced "The Domestic," a self-funded independent film that was licensed to Amazon Prime and later released on the ALLBLCK SVOD platform in North America.
Most recently, Shaun and his team at 33 Films produced "Soweto Blaze" (2024), a full-length feature film developed in collaboration with Netflix and the NFVF. Shaun's projects have garnered recognition both locally and internationally, establishing him as a visionary in the field.
