We are a multi-disciplinary firm of Chartered Surveyors, planning advisors, property innovators and strategists working in London and the South East. In existence for over 35 years, we act for institutions, banks, quoted and non-quoted companies, charities, organisations and individuals. We are project and outcomes focused with considerable experience in site assembly, planning and development strategies for medium to large complex urban renewal projects. We disrupt conventional approaches to property and land use achieving many notable successes. Shaw Corporation has helped create over 5,000 new housing units in London and the Home Counties. These mixed tenure, often mixed use, developments have won many awards for innovation and architecture. Some of our buildings / projects are now iconic – others more mainstream – but all different delivering a balanced sense of community belonging and well-being. We have worked with local Councils, the Mayor of London, Housing Associations, developers, house builders, charities and innovators.
