SHAW Fitness

Established in 2010, Shaw Fitness is a privately owned company that trains and coaches people for varying fitness goals, including weight loss, bodybuilding, and overall health, in homes, corporate centers, health and wellness centers, and outdoors. Training includes designing and overseeing customized exercise regimens and nutrition plans; Conditioning and training athletes and hosting sports camps. Company also manages a select group of male fitness and fashion models, whose accomplishments run the gamut from being 1st place, overall winners, national qualifiers, and pro-card winners in the National Physique Committee and International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (NPC/IFBB) Men's Physique, Classic Physique, and Bodybuilding divisions, to being featured in successful ad campaigns for international fashion designers and fashion distributors, and winning roles in series like Orange is the New Black and 666 Park Avenue. Since 2009, Shaw LLC has also published monthly Health and Wellness columns for the Middletown Transcript, one of the longest running newspapers in the United States. Over the years, the column has developed an international following.
