Founded in 2020, She Can. We Can. is a Sierra Leonean non-governmental organisation empowering young, innovative, female, leaders aross Sierra Leone to realise their potential, break boundaries and contribute to society meaningfully. Created by a woman for women, She Can. We Can. is committed to developing the expertise, talents and skills of young women. She Can. We Can. creates pathways for economic empowerment, which accelerates the development of households, communities and the economy of Sierra Leone. We are pioneers, innovators and creatives shaping our own standards, rising above gendered stereotypes and contributing towards the development of society.
