She Unites World

She Unites World began its journey at the Women Around the World event, held in Manama, Bahrain, in 2024. It was at this gathering that Amina Leelo Weedo and Francesca Giobbi identified an urgent need to connect women from different parts of the world — women united by a shared desire to promote health, peace, and dignified opportunities in an increasingly globalised and interconnected market. Recognising the transformative power of partnerships, Francesca invited Mariam Khan to join She Unites World, inspired by the remarkable work Mariam has been doing with women’s groups in over 150 countries. United by a shared vision, these visionary leaders conceived a present and a future that prioritise longevity with quality of life for their families, colleagues and communities, overcoming the barriers posed by religious, economic, commercial, political divisions and misinformation. Driven by a common purpose, they initiated a global movement that fosters collaboration across socio-economic, commercial, and environmental responsibilities, engaging all participants in this transformative mission. She Unites World is much more than a platform; it is a call to action for all those who believe in the power of unity as a transformative force. It is a call to build a fairer, more inclusive and sustainable future for all.
