We provide the automotive and other lightweight material industries with an automatic and easy-to-install non-destructive testing solution for their quality management processes. We use a shearography-based optical measurement device, integrated with computer image recognition and artificial intelligence algorithms to interpret testing results into decision-relevant process information. Shearography is an optical measurement method, consisting of an excitation unit causing microscopic deformation due to different rigidities and firmness around defects. Based on laser irradiation, our optical shearography sensor can visualize the defect after mathematical analysis of the obtained visual results
