Sheer Development was founded in 2006 by the two current members Pieter Roos and Sean Grant. The construction and property development company has been operating from Pretoria and have been involved in numerous contracts including residential houses, luxury lodges, commercial offices, wedding venues and time share developments. We have successfully completed a number of projects in various locations ranging from Gauteng to Limpopo as well as Mpumalanga. Sheer strives to become THE leader within the South African building and construction environment.
