Sheffe Consulting is a consulting services firm based in Canada that delivers customized facilitation services, both in-person and virtually, that mobilize, motivate and engage our clients' leadership teams or groups. Sheffe Consulting is led by Nora Sheffe, company Founder, CEO, and Lead Facilitator. The team at Sheffe Consulting continues to grow to meet the ongoing demands for professional meeting facilitation. Although we offer face-to-face, and hybrid facilitation services, since Spring 2020 we have focussed on virtual facilitation to accomodate our clients' needs in the current context. We specialize in the design and facilitation of meetings, strategic and operational planning processes, AGMs, strategy sessions, debriefs, small group learning labs, and more!
