SheLift is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that empowers girls to improve self-acceptance and confidence through outdoor adventures and mentorship. We provide the tools, experiences and mentorship to help young women and girls work towards living authentic lives. SheLift is a movement that brings girls of all ages and body types together to inspire and motivate one another to normalize differenced and challenge personal abilities.
