LOCATION: In the year 2005, the business was relocated to the present office accommodation at No. 37/58 Paul Bassey Street (by Afia Street Junction), Uyo, Nigeria. INCORPORATION: In November 2004, the organization became incorporated as a limited liability company with the corporate affairs commission (CAC) of the federal republic of Nigeria with registration number RC 610776 under the Nigerian Company Act of 1968. LICENSING: Professionally, the national Practice Regulator – the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN) – has SHELTAZ registered to practice as a Real Estate Firm with Registration No. SS/2319/SHE.
