At Sheltered by Grace, we understand the challenges faced by those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Our comprehensive range of services addresses various aspects of their lives, including physical and mental health, domestic and family violence, and alcohol and drug dependency. We believe in providing holistic support to empower individuals and create lasting positive change. Our facility offers 24/7 supported accommodation, ensuring a safe and secure environment for those in need. Our compassionate team consists of dedicated professionals, including social workers and case managers, who work tirelessly to assist individuals in their journey towards stability and independence. We take pride in our specialised programs that cater to the diverse needs of our clients. Our 6-month Rehab Recovery program offers a structured and supportive environment for individuals seeking to overcome addiction and regain control of their lives. The Overcoming Trauma program provides essential support to individuals who have experienced traumatic events, helping them heal and build resilience. LifeSkills 101 equips our residents with essential life skills, empowering them to navigate the challenges of independent living successfully. Additionally, our Working Through DV program addresses the unique needs of those affected by domestic violence, offering guidance and support to rebuild their lives.
