Diverse directorial voices are fundamental for bringing representation and change to the forefront of our industry. So we made SheMadeIt.
SheMadeIt is an intensive directors workshop series curated with a variety of leading industry creatives to uplift and educate women and non-binary people of color.
With the increased recognition and need for more inclusive creative voices in the directorial space, we foster a diverse talent pipeline by providing access to key industry information for underrepresented creatives. SheMadeIt is tailored to specific locations currently running in LA and NY with additional cities to be selected annually.
We host in-person experiential programming opportunities, such as executive and creative lectures, industry-specific panels, creative workshops and feedback, 1:1 mentorship, and networking.
Beyond these unique events, SheMadeIt provides a community with continuum support where creatives are encouraged to embrace the learning curve, take risks, and evolve personally and professionally within a nurturing space.
