Shenzhen Cirket Electronics Co.,Ltd is a civil enterprice with registered capital RMB 2,000,000.00 and total envestment RMB 10,000,000.00. It has a 2,000 square meters factory which specialized in all kinds of electronics product's OEM and ODM. The full turn-key solutions including component sourcing, SMT, DIP, manual soldering, programming, testing, mechanical assembly and final packing.
We have 5 SMT lines, each line consist of one automatically solder paste printer, one high speed YAMAHA chip mounter ,one multifunction chip mounter, and one 8 ovens reflow soldering machine. The capability is 40,000 chips per hour each line, all boards after SMT will be checked by AOI. Precision component like BGA will be baked more than 12 hours before assembly, BGA and QFN footprint components will be sample checked by X-ray every hour in mounting process.
We have one DIP line, one manual soldering line and one mechanical assembly line besides SMT plant, every assembly process will be finished in our factory.
We have 102 empolyees, all are well trained and experienced. There are 8 engineers and 12 QC, our main product is Smart Home Applications, Smart Door Locks, Medical Devices, Security Products, SDR Devices, Home Applications, Consumer Electronics, Industrial Power Supply and Communication Products Etc.
