Shenzhen Mingwan School

Mingwan School (in preparation) is planned as an independent, non-profit private bilingual school to be established by Shenzhen Mingwan Education Foundation - a collaborative initiative of Chen Yidan Foundation, Tencent, and Shanghai Jingzhi. Nestled within the vibrant Dachan Bay "Internet+" Future Technology City in Shenzhen, China, the school is poised to become a leading educational hub in a city renowned for its technological advancements and financial prowess. The school will provide comprehensive education from kindergarten through high school, with boarding available at the high school level. The campus construction is scheduled for completion by the end of 2024, with the school opening its doors to students in September 2025. Under the governance of the Board of Trustees, the Head of School is responsible for school operations. As a non-profit institution, all income is reinvested into its educational mission. The three founding parties will leverage their respective strengths to support Shenzhen Mingwan Education Foundation in establishing Mingwan School and fostering its continued growth and innovation.
