Gov Digital Analytics

Toon Vuursteen is a Dutch thought leader in digital analytics for the public sector. His current focus is on further developing the ‘Functie-Taak-Gedrag’ framework (FTG framework) which is fully geared to optimizing public services websites. It measures and reports kpi’s at the strategical, tactical and operational level of web management of websites in the public sector. Until 8 years ago Toon helped commercial companies, e.g. KLM, Transavia, Essent, Vattenfall, Eneco, Centraal Beheer, Univé and SNS. The last 8 years his primary industry is government and public services. He advised the Municipality of Amsterdam, the Municipality of The Hague (Den Haag), the Dutch judiciary system (Rechtspraak) and many ministries, departments and agencies of the Dutch central government (Rijksoverheid). Toon frequently speaks about web analytics at public sector conferences, like: International Design In Government, Gebruiker Centraal, Nationaal Congres Digitale Toegankelijkheid, Piwik PRO User Conference and Platform Rijksoverheid Gebruikersdag. Toon is a senior manager at Deloitte Consulting and a guest lecturer at the Open Universiteit.
