The "She Rebuilds the World" (SRW) project aims to empower young and aspiring female entrepreneurs and foster supportive, inclusive, and gender-balanced business environments across the African continent. The project's framework is rooted in a sustainable, long-term vision, providing consistent support to the female entrepreneurship community through the following initiatives:
🌱 Female Empowerment and Leadership Program.
🌱 Innovations for Value Program Workshops (Zambia).
🌱 Digitalization and e-governance, Civic Engagement Workshops (Namibia).
🌱 Entrepreneurship Bootcamp.
🌱 Entrepreneurship business training at Riga Business School.
🌱 Mentoring and Coaching Program for Alumni.
🌱 Train the Trainer Program for Alumni.
SRW operates in Namibia (Windhoek), Zambia (Lusaka), and Zimbabwe (Harare and Bulawayo), with aspirations to extend its reach to more African countries. The project's activities are aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, including No Poverty, Zero Hunger, Good Health and Well-being, Quality Education, Gender Equality, Decent Work and Economic Growth, Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure, Reduced Inequalities, Sustainable Cities and Communities, and Partnerships for the Goals.
Collaborations are established with various entities, such as Riga Business School (Latvia), Business Financial Solutions (Namibia), Ministry of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Development (Zambia), Ministry of Women Affairs (Zimbabwe), Community, Small and Medium Enterprises Development (Zimbabwe), Namibia Investment and Promotion Development Board, University of Lusaka, National University of Sciences and Technology (Zimbabwe), Namibia University of Science and Technology, Ministry of Commerce, Trade and Industry (Zambia), and Zambia Development Agency.
The "She Rebuilds the World" project is fully financed by the Latvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs within the scope of the country's development cooperation foreign policy agenda.
