SheRocks is a groundbreaking leadership and innovation program empowering senior female physicians at Sheba Medical Center. Developed with the support of Sheba’s ARC Innovation Center and in collaboration with Reichman University, SheRocks equips participants with strategic leadership skills, innovation tools, and entrepreneurial thinking. Through monthly full-day immersive sessions and hands-on projects, the program fosters a strong network of women leaders driving real transformation in healthcare.
